This cut is perfect for slow cooking. It can be smoked, braised or low-and-slow cooked. Being a more mature beef, it excels in long cooking, delivering depth, richness and tenderness when treated with time. Paired with everyday cuts, this box is perfect for the modern home chef and still delivers delicious family favourite meals too.

Although the two brisket cuts can often be used interchangebly, the flat cut is most often used in braises that are sliced, like those popular on Jewish holidays and for corned beef. The fattier point cut, meanwhile, is preffered for pulled beef, beef sandwhiches and smoked barbecued brisket.
