The ribeye is known to most steak lovers as the most flavorful cut of steak.This cut comes from the ribs of the animal, right between the loin and shoulder.
IThe Rib Eye Package is designed for those who love marbled richness as well as full-bodied flavour gained by cooking on the bone. Containing approx 2kg of grass-fed, mature Galloway rib eye, this box highlights natural marbling and a deeper flavour profile developed over time on pasture. This cut performs beautifully on the grill or seared and finished in the oven.
We use a thermometer to ensure the tenerness and juiciness with that flavour.
