Here’s a selection of two excellent favourites. 2kg of a mix of Topside and Porterhouse, Galloway beef that is grown out for life on regeneratively farmed pastures.
Additionally you get a scrumptious bundle of family favourites to enjoy with your family and friends.
Remember it needs 30% less cooking time than its grain fed counterpart. We use a thermometer to make sure we get the tenderness and juiciness along with the flavour.
