PRODUCT INFO
The sirloin is a naturally lean, thick cut of steak with a bold, beefy flavor.
Delicious on its own and cooks well with marinades and sauces.
It's a favorite barbeque steak and needs 30% less cooking time than its grain fed counterpart. We use a thermometer to make sure we get the tenderness and juiciness along with the flavour.
