Eye fillet is one of the most tender cuts around, making it a top choice for those who love that signature melt-in-your-mouth texture.
The Eye Fillet Package is for those who value tenderness above all else. Featuring approx. 2kg of premium eye fillet from grass-fed, mature Galloway cattle, this box delivers exceptional softness with a deeper, more developed beef flavour. Raised slowly on pasture in Denmark, Western Australia, Galloway beef is prized for its fine grain marble. Paired with everyday cuts, this package balances refined dining with practical family meals.
We love it patted dry with paper towel, drizzled with a little oil and seasoned with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Placed on a pre-heated pan. Cook 30% less than a grain fed cut.
