Featuring approx 2kg of grass-fed, mature Galloway porterhouse, this box delivers the classic combination of tenderness and bold beef flavour that comes from cattle raised slowly on pasture. The Porterhouse Package is all about balance. Supported by slow-cook and family favourites, it’s a dependable choice for households wanting premium steaks with real substance. You also get the everyday favourites your family/friend and you love.
As a grass-fed beef it will need 30% less cooking time.
