Our rump highlights the honest flavour of grass-fed, mature Galloway. With approx. 2kg of rump at its core, this box suits BBQs, slow cooks and everyday meals where flavour matters most. Mature Galloway beef, raised on lush Denmark pasture for life, offers a fuller, more robust taste while remaining versatile and reliable in the kitchen.
Cooking time is about 30% less than a grain fed steak.
