PRODUCT INFO
Rump is a great steak to please everyone, cut from the rear. Bollygum Galloway rump is a slow grown, mature rump. this steak is best cooked medium rare to ensure you enjoy both the taste and tenderness.
If it's cold outside, it can also be used in stews and stir fries when thinly sliced and is great for marinating.
Often referred to as popeye steak in Scotland.
