PRODUCT INFO
Cut from the whole boneless eye of the rib for your convenience. It has an open grain and marbling in addition to the thin strip of fat that runs the length of the fillet, tapering towards the end. perfect for grill and barbeque.
Rich, flavoursome and naturally marbled, from mature cattle. The slower growth of mature Galloway beef allows flavour to fully develop, while careful processing ensures tenderness. Combined with versatile secondary cuts, this box is ideal for steak lovers who want depth of flavour.
Cook for only 2- 3 minutes on each side for tenderness and juiciness.
