PRODUCT INFO
A lean cut from the top of the thigh which is slightly more tender so can be cooked quicker. Roast as a whole or cut into steaks or slow cook in cubes.
Versatile and full of flavour.
If you want to make into steaks it is one of the more lean steak cuts and cooks very quickly, however packs a punch when it comes to delicious flavour.
